Richard Schmid has personally selected the paintings for the 2011 Live Auction!
You may view the images of these works in a slideshow or by visiting individual artists on our Meet the Artists page. More paintings will be added in the coming months.
The Richard Schmid Fine Art Auction is a fundraiser for the Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department. The most devastating and costly fire in our history recently destroyed 3,000 acres of forest and 13 homes this spring. We were, however, very fortunate that no lives were lost.
Our community is extremely grateful to the many fine artists and art patrons who have supported this fire department over the years. Be assured that one hundred percent of the profits from this auction goes directly to the operation of the department and safety of our community.
