Bonnie Hebbert Artwork
submitted for bid
"Indian Chief"
In 1941 Bonnie Hebbert was born in Larimer County. I lived on a ranch in Livermore, Colorado and went to Livermore School for 8 years. My love for art began in 1948 – pencil, oil, watercolor and porcelain. From grade school in Livermore I went to Fort Collins High School and in 1960 went on to C.S.U. I was married and had 2 children and still did some art work. I started to do Porcelain China in the 1960s. I have developed my personal Vision of Western Heritages of the American Indians which comes from a deep respect for their culture. I also like the natural world of all of the animals and flowers and mountains. I have had excellent teachers: Jackie Mosman, Alice Dunda, Ruth Cooper and Mariela Villasmil-Kaminski. I have entered pieces in many shows and have won both ribbons and honors. I also enjoy teaching children in 4-H how to paint and show their art. You can contact Bonnie at (970) 484-5300
