Gail is always looking for used objects for her paintings. “There is a special beauty, almost reverence about old, used objects that only time and use can give. Things that people loved and used or nature took over with rust or enhanced with patina.”

     Rogers mentored under the late Richard V. Goetz for several years and the late Edith Goetz.

     Gail has won awards including Best of Show, Bartlesville OK. Best and Brightest,  Scottsdale Artist School, Scottsdale AZ. Guthrie Chamber of Commerce Show of Outstanding Artists and Sculptors of Oklahoma, Guthrie, OK. She has alson participated in the Gilcrease Miniature Show, Tulsa, OK. Gail has also been a Talismann Gallery artist for many years.
