Aristotle inspires me: “In all things of nature, there is something of the marvelous.” My time is spent in the great outdoors, traveling the world, or tending my ‘botanic gardens’.  My art reflects the magnificence of these natural places.

My style might be defined as interpretative realism, integrating light and color to draw the viewer into the heart of the piece. There’s a story behind every painting; my goal is to share that story.

Art has been a short, exciting journey.  My paintings have been exhibited in juried shows, won numerous awards, and reside in private, corporate, and public collections world-wide. Mesa Verde National Park selected me as 2007 Artist in Residence.  The Colorado Watercolor Society honored me with signature status.  I’ve studied with world-renowned artists.  I’m represented by the Lincoln Gallery in Loveland and NINE dot ARTS Corporate Art Consultants in Denver.  What wondrous adventures are down the road?
