Judy Sprague, a signature member of the Pastel Society of Colorado, has a BA in Art and Education and a MA in Education with an emphasis in both Secondary Counseling and Agency Counseling. Retired from a career in Education Judy is a full time professional award winning artist whose work is exhibited in juried regional, national, and international art competitions.
One of her charcoal portraits, “Wisdom,” has been juried into PAINT AMERICA TOP 100 and is currently being exhibited in galleries throughout the United States in 2011. Her ink drawing “Old Mill Pigeon Forge” was selected as an Honorable Mention in the same juried competition. This ink drawing “1929 Model A” was inspired by an old Model A in Lake City, Colorado. The house in the upper left is from an old home in Gunnison, Colorado. This piece was custom framed by Otteman Arts, Loveland, CO.
