Kay Borrett has received awards as well as sold her oil paintings in the Artists Association of Northern Colorado juried shows, the Glenwood Springs Fall Festival Art Shows and the Richard Schmid Art Auctions (both live and silent auctions).  Many of her paintings can be found in private collections in Colorado and in the Midwest.

 

Over the years, Kay has taken painting classes from several well-known art instructors in Colorado as well as Carolyn Anderson, David Leffel, Robert A. Johnson, and Kim English.  Her paintings have included still lifes, landscape, western and more recently people.
