I express my passion for nature and wildlife through my paintings. As a self-taught artist, everywhere I look the beauty of nature is all around us. I’m drawn to art through the spiritual connection of nature and feel I am blessed to be able to create images of it.

Some Highlights of my Art Career

In 2009 received first place in the water media category of the national juried show of “Lines into Shapes” at the Art Center of Estes Park.

Selected into the 2007 national juried show of “Lines into Shapes”.

Selected in the top 125 for the “Arts for the Parks” miniature division

In 2004 received a Collector’s Choice Award in the “Estes Park Plein Air Show”

I assisted Kent Pendleton with the white tail deer exhibit at the Denver Museum of Natural History.

Graduated from the Colorado Institute of Art in 1982.

I designed a logo and letterhead for Marty Stouffer Productions in Aspen, Colorado.  The logo was used in the Wild America Series.
