There are 2 ways to bid on the artwork:
1. Bid in person at the auction
2. Bid by phone during the auction
1. . Bid in Person at the Auction
If you attend the auction in person, you'll have the opportunity to see all the work and meet many of the artists. There is no buyer's premium, and no minimum bid on the Live Auction artwork. The minimum bid for work in the Silent Auction will not exceed 50% of the suggested gallery price.
2. Bid by Phone on Auction Day
The number of phone lines is limited, so reserve your spot now by contacting Wes Rutt at warutt@aol.com or call (970) 482-6912.
GENERAL AUCTION NOTES
* All sales are final. No exchanges or refunds on auction items are permitted.
* No buyer’s premium will apply to auction items.
* Colorado and Larimer County sales tax will be added.
* Cash, personal or business check,Visa or MasterCard accepted.
* Checks should be made payable to: Rist Canyon Volunteer Fire Department.
* All purchases not picked up on auction day will be transferred to Shippers’ Supply in Loveland to await pickup or your shipping instructions.
* Contact Wes Rutt at (970) 482-6912 to arrange payment and pickup or shipment.
